About Looker Service

Finding a reliable plumber, electrician or mechanic in Uganda usually depends on who you know. Looker Service exists to make that easier: a community where people describe what they need and where they are, and skilled workers in that area respond.

What we do

We receive requests through WhatsApp, phone and email, and share them with providers working close to the client. Clients agree scope and price directly with the provider — we make the introduction and keep the community running.

Where we operate

The network is strongest in Kampala and greater Wakiso — Ntinda, Kisaasi, Najjera, Kira, Namugongo, Bweyogerere, Gayaza and Kasangati — and extends to Mukono and Entebbe, with providers joining from other parts of Uganda.

Alongside the community we run two Android apps: Looker Services for clients and LookerSvc Provider for service providers. Guides for both are available on this site.
