LookerService provides a technology marketplace/connector that connects clients with independent service providers.

You are an independent provider (individual or business) and not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of LookerService.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Provider App.
• You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
• You may create one or more businesses in the Provider App, subject to platform rules.

• Providers register with name, email/phone, and password (no provider OAuth at this time).
• You are responsible for all activities under your provider account and any businesses you manage.

You agree that:

• You will only list services you are qualified, permitted, and legally allowed to provide.
• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, or insurance required for your services.
• You will provide truthful descriptions and pricing information.

We may remove listings or content, and may suspend providers or businesses that violate policies.

• You may accept or reject client requests.
• Once accepted, the request may become a booking.
• You may cancel accepted bookings in accordance with platform rules, including rules intended to prevent cancellations after work has started.

• You set your own prices. Prices may be fixed or negotiable depending on what you configure.
• Payments may occur outside the app at this time.
• If in-app payments are introduced later, additional terms may apply.

• The client app is currently free for clients.
• Provider features may include free and paid tiers in the future (e.g., SMS notifications).
• We may introduce commissions or subscription fees in the future. If we do, we will update these Provider Terms and provide notice.

• Clients may review and rate providers.
• Providers may be able to report clients.
• You must not harass, abuse, discriminate, or engage in unsafe conduct.
• You must not engage in fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity.
• You must not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates the law.

We reserve the right to remove content and to take enforcement action.

• Provider verification is optional at this time and may expand later.
• Current verification may include profile review.
• Verification does not guarantee quality, legality, or safety, and does not create any warranty by LookerService.

If a dispute arises (including service quality or completion disputes), you agree that:

• The matter should be handled through customer support/mediation/internal review first.
• We may take action as needed to protect users and the platform, including suspending a provider business or account.

We may suspend or terminate your provider account or a specific business for reasons including:

• Fraud, abuse, fake listings, harassment, non-payment (if applicable), unsafe conduct, impersonation, illegal activity, or policy violations.

In serious cases, we may act without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LookerService is not responsible for your services, service outcomes, or your interactions with clients.
• LookerService will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold LookerService harmless from claims arising out of your services, your interactions with clients, your content, or your violation of these Provider Terms.

These Provider Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.

We may update these Provider Terms from time to time. We may notify you via in-app notice, email, and/or website updates. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
